Delegates :
All the delegates are to be registered with the 9th IconSWM CE 2019.
Authors :
At least one author of each selected paper must register and attend the Conference to present the paper. Authors must meet their own expenses (registration fee, travel, accommodation, etc). Accomodation may be booked online in the hotel displayed in hotel Booking Page (click here).
Registration fees :
All the Delegates have to pay the Registration Fee payable as per the following table. Please pay registration fees online or bank transfer or by Bank Draft in favour of “ISWMAW” or by cash at the registration counter with prior approval. Registration fee includes entry to the conference & exhibition for participation, conference e-proceedings, lunch, reception dinner, with advance intimation for field visit, city tour and conference training workshop.

*Approval of Student Status : Participants applying under "Students" and "Research Scholars" category must provide a copy of their indentity card or an official letter from the department head of their universities or learning institutions indicating their full-time student status. You can email to the Conference Secretariat via email ( conference.swm2010@gmail.com ), please name the title of email as “Proof of student status”or proof of Research Scholar Status plus your Registration Number . After you receive the email from the Secretariat notifiying you about the approval of Student Status, then your "status" will be granted, which will enable you to pay in Student Rate.
 
Financial Aid :
For those who want to apply for Financial Aid, please write to the Conference Secretariat via email (iswmaw@gmail.com) and mention the title of abstract & paper submitted. The Secretariat will notify the applicants about the result in due course. As funds are limited, you are advised to seek for other sources of funding at the same time.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation of the registration may be made before 30.10.2018, with a cancellation fee of US$ 80 for foreign delegates or equivalent INR 2,500/- for Indian delegates. After that date no refunding will be possible, but we will gladly accept a replacing participant from your organisation.
