National tariff : INR 8,000 per sqm;

International tariff : USD 150 per sqm;

Plus Applicable@18%GST.

Term of Payments:

Payment Terms: 100% with order

Cancellation Charge: 50% if more than 30 days of the fair

100% within 30 days of the fair

Last date of Booking: 30 days before the fair

Late fee for order / payment received within 30 days of the fair 5% of the Amount payable.

Any Multiple of above can be booked.

Payment should be made by Draft / Cheque in favour of “ISWMAW” or “ICONSWM” Payable at Kolkata.

Souvenir Advertisement tariff :

A souvenir (A4 Size) will be published in the 8th IconSWM incorporating
advertisements, the programme schedule and other details of the conference. We invite private and government organisations to please extend your support by giving advertisements for publishing in the conference souvenir.

Advertisement matter arranged in soft copy pdf as well as jpeg received before 20.10.2018 with payment details will be inserted in the souvenir.
