* Applications for the student rates must send (3rincsindia@gmail.com or conference.iconswm@gmail.com) a scanned copy of their official student identity card in order to validate the student registration fee. This card must also be presented on-site when collecting the registration material.
The registration fee includes symposium documentation, symposium kit, welcome reception, gala dinner, lunches and coffee breaks during the symposium and refreshments.
Spouse fee includes welcome reception, gala dinner, lunches and coffee breaks during the symposium and refreshments. Tours will be planned for spouses/accompanying persons during the conference days.
